PYRAMIDA Business Institute Ltd. is a Czech company with more than 20 years of successful activities in the area of education, diagnostics and targeted development of teams, individuals and whole companies.

The first core activity is developing and executing modern education programs and projects, mainly for our corporate clients. Our work is based on meeting the real needs of our clients in all key areas of their activities. We carry out a large amount of training projects for whole companies and for individual departments. These include management training, training of sales representatives, secretaries, receptionists and call center operators and also special training courses for HR managers and HR personnel, technicians and for other specific positions. Another part of our services includes a broad variety of ?soft skills? training programs and stress management programs.
The second expanding area is individual coaching especially for top management, systemic coaching for small groups and individual training programs as well.  
The outputs of the training activities carried out by PYRAMIDA Institute are concrete benefits, exactly defined and measured, both for our participants and clients. We put emphasis on experiential learning approaches as a prerequisite for setting and reinforcing required behavior.
The third main activity of the Institute is personnel audit, company diagnostics and personnel selection of managers and other professional employees through Assessment and Development Center method. We provide consulting services as well as psychological, professional and personal counseling. We apply our reach experience in career and psychological diagnostics for companies and individuals, including recruitment and qualified selection of employees. Similar and other special methods we apply are performance evaluation of internal employees ? e.g. when they change their positions, when designing their career plans and for other personal purposes.
The main principles governing our work at the Institute are mutual trust, individual approach and long -term partnership with our clients. The educational and diagnostics projects are organized in our own premises or, based on our clients? wishes, everywhere in the Czech and Slovak Republics, or abroad. Selected types of training courses can be executed in English or Slovak.
The list of companies and institutions we cooperate with is very long now. These companies deal with retail sales or production and they cover banks, manufacturers, reputable pharmaceutical companies and other services providers.
Connecting education, science, culture and aesthetic environment are considered important as well. We regularly organize interesting Openings and Artistic Exhibitions in the premises of our Institute. During our existence we have held more than 90 exhibitions for which we have received a prize from The European Union of Art in 2007.
In addition to the previous activities, we also prepare an establishment and accreditation of a Private University of Applied Psychology which will also become a theoretical knowledge base for the activities of the PYRAMIDA Business Institute Ltd.
